Kidzart, LLC, a Texas limited liability company, is the owner and operator of this website and is licensed to conduct the business of this website under the name “KidzArt Products.”  Kidzart, LLC (“we,” “our” or “KidzArt Products”) offers products and services under this website exclusively to customers and clients of KidzArt Texas, LLC or its franchisees (collectively, the KidzArt Businesses”). KidzArt Texas, LLC licenses KidzArt franchisees a program for the establishment and operation of businesses that provide art instruction and products to children and adults. Each of these KidzArt businesses is independently owned and operated.  Kidzart, LLC and this website are not owned, operated or maintained by KidzArt Texas, LLC or any of its KidzArt franchisees, which have no responsibility or liability for either.  Kidzart, LLC is the sole owner and operator of this site and exclusively responsible for the site, its content, operation, the business conducted hereunder, and all matters of any kind relating to this website.

Kidzart, LLC is committed to protecting the privacy of KidzArt Businesses and each teacher, student, parent and customer who utilizes our system. Any personal and/or private information you disclose to KidzArt Products will not be sold to any person/entity and will not be disclosed to any third parties other than those necessary to complete your order, and to KidzArt Businesses.  Kidzart, LLC ‘s strict “Personal Security Policy” includes ongoing reviews and upgrades to security procedures and technology in an effort to maintain the highest standards of protection for our patrons.

KidzArt Franchisees/Teachers

KidzArt Franchisees/Teachers will approve artwork for posting in the school gallery and then submit students’ first and last name in a private, secured teacher roster. Our website will create a screen name for each child and attach it to the piece of art. Art work will be displayed and organized by class in the school gallery with each child’s screen name underneath it. The teachers will keep all the screen names and roster if parents need their child’s screen name. The name of the school and the name of the KidzArt Franchisee/teacher will be posted on the website and publicly accessible to all users of our website.

Parents

Although KidzArt Franchisees/teachers will be the main people creating art galleries for their students, parents can also create an art gallery for their other children at home. Parents are required to register with KidzArt Texas, LLC or a KidzArt Franchisee, and need to follow the KidzArt Products site guidelines when submitting artwork. Parents will follow the same procedures as teachers. Parents will input the first and last name of the child in a private area and the website will assign a screen name.

Student Information

Teachers or the applicable KidzArt Business will enter a student’s first and last name into a private class roster for the purpose of obtaining a secret screen name. This information is gathered for the sole purpose of obtaining parental consent. The information is not maintained in a retrievable form if parental consent is not obtained after a reasonable time (two years).

Submission of Artwork

Children under 18 years old may not submit any artwork online. Parents, Teachers, and KidzArt Businesses (and their contracted employees) are the only ones allowed to submit artwork online.

Gift Shop Purchases

Students under 18 years of age are NOT ALLOWED to purchase products from KidzArt Products.

Screen Names of Students

The KidzArt Products website has gone to great lengths to protect the identity of students with artwork online. The artists are identified by a screen name and there is no way for visitors to the website to directly or indirectly contact them.

Public Information

School Names KidzArt Franchisees/Teachers are posted publicly on KidzArt Products website. Student artwork shown in a teacher's class will be identified with a private screen name.
